All transfer services are carried out by these Providers under their own management, responsibility, and insurance.

2. Scope of Responsibility

While Thai-Tourist Transfair carefully selects and cooperates only with licensed and reputable transport providers, we do not operate the vehicles ourselves.

Therefore, we cannot be held liable for:

1. Delays, cancellations, or changes to schedules made by the Provider
2. Accidents, injuries, loss of property, or damages during transportation
3. Weather conditions, road closures, or events of force majeure
4. Any indirect losses such as missed flights, hotel stays, or connecting travel

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the proper processing of your booking and the transmission of accurate information to the Provider.
