General terms and conditions for our transfer services
1. Introduction
Welcome to Thai-Tourist Transfair.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services made through our website [thaitransfair.com] and related communication channels.
By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Role as an Agent
Thai-Tourist Transfair operates solely as a licensed travel and transfer agent, holding Tourism Authority of Thailand License No. 12/03662.
We act as an intermediary between you (“the Customer”) and licensed transportation providers (“the Operator”).
All transfers, vehicles, and related services are carried out by independent third-party operators under their own responsibility and insurance.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our official website or an authorized partner channel.
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
Please check your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
4. Payments
- All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners (e.g., TakeApp, Stripe, etc.).
- Thai-Tourist Transfair does not store any credit-card or payment information.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer-initiated cancellations
- More than 24 hours before departure → Full refund (minus any processing fees if applicable).
- Within 24 hours of departure → 50 % refund.
- No-show or cancellation after departure time → No refund.
Operator-initiated cancellations:
If your booked transfer is cancelled by the operator, we will assist in arranging an alternative or a full refund.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used during booking and may take up to 7–10 business days.
6. Changes & Amendments
If you wish to change your travel date, pickup location, or passenger details, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Liability
- Thai-Tourist Transfair is not the transport operator and cannot be held responsible for any accidents, delays, or losses caused by third-party providers.
- Our responsibility is limited to facilitating your booking with verified and licensed operators.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, strikes, or acts of nature.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and pickup information.
8. Travel Documents & Requirements
Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel permits, or tickets as required by law or the transport operator.
Failure to present valid documents may result in denied service without refund.
9. Insurance
All transfer operators working with Thai-Tourist Transfair hold valid transport and liability insurance in accordance with Thai law.
Customers are encouraged to have their own travel insurance for additional coverage (e.g., delays, medical incidents, lost luggage).
10. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect and process only the data necessary to complete your booking and provide customer support, in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562).

11. Complaints & Customer Support
If you experience issues with your transfer, please contact us immediately so we can assist in real time.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service to qualify for review.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.
