Payment Policy

1. General Information

Thai-Tourist Transfair operates as a licensed travel and transfer agent, registered under Tourism Authority of Thailand License No. 12/03662.

We act solely as an intermediary between customers and licensed transport providers.

All payments for bookings made through our website [thaitransfair.com] are processed securely via trusted third-party payment partners.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  1. Credit or Debit Cards (processed via Stripe, TakeApp, or other authorized providers)
  2. Bank Transfer (where offered and confirmed in writing)
  3. Digital Wallets or QR Payment (if available at checkout)

All payments must be made in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

The final amount displayed at checkout includes applicable taxes and processing fees (if any).

3. Payment Timing

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Unpaid or incomplete transactions will not be considered confirmed and may be automatically cancelled after a short grace period.

4. Payment Security

We take your payment security seriously:

  1. All online payments are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  2. Thai-Tourist Transfair does not store or have access to your full card details.
  3. Payment processing is handled entirely by certified and PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners.

If any suspicious or unauthorized payment activity is detected, please notify us immediately.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation including:

  1. Booking reference number
  2. Transfer details (pickup, drop-off, time, vehicle type)
  3. Amount paid and payment method
  4. Contact information for support

If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us to verify your booking status.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are always processed via the same payment method used during the original transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 7–10 business days).

7. Currency & Fees

Prices shown on the website are in Thai Baht (THB) by default.

If you pay with a foreign currency, your bank or card issuer may charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee.

Thai-Tourist Transfair is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party fees.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if fraudulent payment activity is suspected.

Any confirmed fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and payment providers.
